4. How do you manage conflict in the work place?
I tell a nigga bye-bye, and pop him in his right eye.

5. Do you see the opportunity for advancement within the organization?

6. Do you feel you are adequately able to balance your social life with work?
How many times do I have to tell you niggas? I have no friends.

7. Do you feel that I, as your boss, have come through on my promise of a more relaxed atmosphere in the office?

8. Do you feel that you and your co-workers work as hard as possible for the benefit of the company?
